Select 'Use an existing port' and use the drop down menu to select USB001 Virtual Printer Port (there may be several USB ports depending on devices installed on your system.Then select 'Add Local Printer' ( Figure 2 ).On 'Devices and Printers' select 'Add Printer' button.Download, Extract and Save the driver to your C Drive in a Dell Folder (this will be done automatically when you double click to extract the driver).Note: Go to Dell Support Site, Input your Printer's Service Tag and download the latest driver for your printer. Reinstall the printer driver from the disk supplied with your printer by following the on-screen instructions.Once the device is completely removed restart your computer.Once print queue deleted please try removing device again.This will bring up the print queue- please delete anything in the print queue.
